The Church of the Similitude of Christ

2267, August 25th: The Church of the Similitude of Christ, an order of Christians, which operates from the largest station dedicated as a temple in the galaxy (in orbit around Jupiter), condemns Emperor Balthazar for the destruction of Gliese. Citing the Holy Scripture, they deem his wanton use of the "demonic" Lance of Apollo against the "heavenly bodies" created by the Lord as a "grievous sin". They go on to state in their letter of condemnation that the blood of the innocent Gliesians were on his hands and that they did not need to perish. They urge the Emperor to repent of his actions and end the war before a greater calamity befalls humanity.
