Takeshi Handan

2267, August 6th: Takeshi Handan, son of Mr. Handan and heir to Handan Enterprises, gets into a scuffle with Scion Military Police after shouting in his own club, club "Abyss", that the "Emperor is nothing but an 'old baka' ". He exclaimed how he could "kick his ass any day". Despite showing support for the Amalgamate Republic and their freedom fighting activities, Takeshi Handan is only a vocal opponent of the Emperor, and would, quote "never actually fight in the AR" because he's "too rich for that". Furthermore, his father's gravitas and business ties with the Emperor bails him out of landing in hot water over dissenting opinions.
