Mass Evacuations

2267, August 25th: ECF Governor General Thomas Horn of Biri Z6X signs Federation Order 112 into effect due to the destruction of Gliese. Commencing on August 26th, all inhabitants of Biri are to commence evacuations into any and all available Interstellar Vessels. Cargo ships, commercial ships, mining vessels, civilian vessels, have all been federalized by the ECF in order to evacuate Biri. The refugee fleet will join the ECF fleet "Terran Liberty" as they travel into deep space, hoping to avoid detection. All civil, government, and economic functions will continue as normal. Old colony ships on Biri will be re-activated and prepped for launch, with agricultural capacities and life support systems for hundreds of thousands.
