Liberating Savannah

2267, May 9th: After fierce fighting on the Savannah Colony for several days; The AR finally received a window to launch an assault on Swagga - Units from the AR's mighty 5th Squadron arrived at the nick of time amid the battle to strafe the SE Swagga air base; Resulting in nearly all the SE's vehicles being destroyed. This devastating blow to the SE's capabilities, coupled by the assault by ground infantry left the SE scattered and broken. One final counter-attack was attempted by the SE to locate & destroy enemy armor & personnel - But it was not enough to break the assault.
